Get tickets for leather workshopIn my Key to Leather Working workshop, I teach you how to make leather keychain while walking you through all the basic leather working techniques including stamping, dying, burnishing, and adding hardware.
I’ll first show you the possibilities of the leather through showing some of my completed works such as a feathered shoulder piece and a plague mask while explaining the basics of the material.
Then we’ll talk about hole punching and burnishing to set up your piece for the next phase, stamping. Stamping is where you really get to let your personality shine and make your keychain uniquely yours. I have a variety of symbols and leathers to design your keychain.
Then you’ll dye or paint your keychain to add a bit of color, or leave the natural leather the choice is yours!
